I left a jar in the light too long

I left one of my fully colonized jars in direct sunlight by accident. When I discovered the jar it and the surface it was sitting on were a little warmed up from the sunlight hitting it. I had this one in the light along with a couple others to initiate in vitro pinning. My question is, is the jar that got warmed up doomed? What should I do? Any help would be very helpful, thanks way in advance?

just as long is it looks ok its probably alright..may have dried out a bit but i wouldnt worry to much unless you see some discoloration..good luck

You can only wait and see. If the jar got hot it maybe doomed, but hopefully your mycelium is still alive.Thermal death happens at about 106.So, keep your fingers crossed. Try giving them indirect sunlight only. They don't need lots of light.Just enough so you can see them.Good luck.
