i was wondering if anyone had any experience with shroom pills... someone told me they were like 1 pill = 4 caps ( not sure what size caps) how are they and are they good

get sum 00 sized gels. they hold about .8g each if you have
a pill-tamper. this was how ppl used to take woodrose seeds

Where do you get a pill-tamper? I have been filling mine with the end of a pen and getting .5-.6 in 00 size. But it is laborus to do.

You can get a "tamp-em quick" pill tamper from most herbal health stores. The one I normally go to sells gell caps and tampers of various sizes, the tampers run about 8 bucks US and can do more pills in 5 minutes than I could dose in 2 weeks.
