Depends on the size of the capsule. The 00 caps will hold about 0.5g powder....you've gotta really pack it in there in order to fit that much, but it will go.

If that's the size you're going to use, just take as many 0.5g caps as you want to make up whatever size dose you like. For me, it's about 15 caps--and it's a real gag-fest to get 'em all down.

I'd rather just chomp 'em up, but the missus can't do it that way, so we make caps.

It's called: you weigh them on a scale. The gelcaps I got from capsule connection are "0" caps and each weighs .1 gram when empty. Just weigh your stuffed caps and count how many caps you have. Subtract the weight of the caps from the overall weight and you'll know how much your shroom powder weighs.

I packed my shroom poweder in some capsules, they turned out to be time release ones. Too bad I found this out after I gave em to my friend, who took about 5 grams of puertos and couldn't sleep for 24 hours.

lol time release caps...
i always open the caps a tiny bit so when i take one down they come apart faster, however i still like just muching on fungus, don't mind the taste
