Organic Quinoa Flour for PF jars?

Has anyone tried this? I just sterilized 2 1/2 pint jars of Quinoa flour to try alongside my brown rice jars.
Supposedly it is a complete protein and the Aztecs used it to rub on the bodies of youg virgins before sacrificing them with their tongues (or, something like that, I forget exactly what I read a while back).
Any info from someone who has tried Quinoa is appreciated.

If you use the Q flour, you'll need alot of vermiculite mixed in to keep it from becoming a solid flour cake. I'd say for every one cup of flour, add 2 cups of vermiculite. Bluhoney
