Just a quick question about temperature

Hey all

My friend just birthed 2 cakes, which were colonized at 70 degrees, and wants to know what temperature is be best for pinning/growing.. He's read that a drop of 10 degrees is best, but 60 sounds a little cold..
Also, he's using blue christmas lights, but how much light per day to the shroomies need?
