do you flip the cakes over after birth??

I birthed my cakes of the PF tek style and I did not flip them over so that the side that grew up first was showing. It is sitting on what was the vermic protective layer. Will this affect the shrooms. Should I turn them over? The pin's that are growing are facing down...

No, you don't have to turn them over. Keep to it and the shrooms will grow the same way. You have to start putting light on them too i think they'll start moving toward it.
