some people recommend to *not* use the one with sunflower seeds (the big black seeds... they dont look like regular sunflower seeds) because colonization can be incomplete. but last time, HQ picked *almost* all of the sunflowers from her birdseed, but missed some. when they birthed the jars, the few sunflower seeds had myc. grwing on them... no problems yet.
