Beats IE, but I still have some problems with it.
Meh should be an option, but if you're using IE then I say Yay

Firefox makes IE look like some acient form of torture. I LOVE looking at webpages and having one of the other loading webpages pop over what I'm reading! It's like trying to read a book and having commerical interruptions.

To be without experience is to be without an emotional knowledge of what the experience translates into. The desire for the understanding of what life is made of is the motivation that drives us all. Without it, in fear of the experiences what life can hold is among the greatest contradictions; to live in fear of death while not being alive.

If you "need" IE for certain things, those things are, in fact, "broken". Please refer them to me to fix it . ('tis my living)
I voted YAY on firefox, because I use it... on linux, along with elinks ^_^

Firefox is free. Just download it and try it out. If you don't like it you can always un-install it.

I think there's a lot of hype surrounding FireFox that people are buying into.. which is fine. It is a decent browser, and certainly has some nice features like the tabbed browsing.
However, in my experience and that of others, FireFox has some rendering problems that other browsers including IE and Netscape (odd considering it's still mozilla) don't have. Additionally, if you're serious about your computer, you would keep it free of spyware and all your patches up to date; In so doing, IE rarely if ever crashes on me. If you are a haphazzard computer user who doesn't maintain his or her system, then by all means use FireFox.
I'll stick with IE until FireFox fixes their rendering problems though.. problems which include misaligned tables, incorrect font sizes, and a endlessly looped refreshing on some pages.

Interesting than 95% of people say 'yay' yet 78% of our members use IE.

BTW geo often (but not always) the rendering problems you mention are due to non-compliant HTML, not a problem with Firefox. Of course it doesn't really matter when you can't use the site but I think the distinction is worth noting. And although Firefox's security is nice I think the main reason to use it is its extension support.

I like it. The only thing I don't like is the fact that it remembers what you've typed in certain fields. In other words if I look up "vagina" in Yahoo one day and someone uses my computer to look up "virginia", the word "VAGINA" will pop up when they hit the letter "v".
There must be some way to turn that off, though.
