Senate Races in 2006

the super majority in the senate is 60 (no filibusters) there are 55 republican and 44 democrat

there are going to be 33 senate seats up for grabs in 2006. 17 Dem's seats and 15 reps seats.

5 of the 17 democrats whose terms expire in 2006 are from states that voted for bush. can the reps pick up 5 senate seats, and have the super majority???

tragically..not only will the global oppression party achieve its super-majority in 2006...but i will also venture that the democrats will disband shortly thereafter..leaving a genuine fascist state in power...

at the very least its a one-party autocracy...and if its the republicans..or even "centrist" democrats..then theres a very strong case for calling it "fascism" ..

I remember one time some Republican students were out in front of the student union of the university I went to. They tried to get me to join and I asked them, "Isn't that the party for the rich people?" and one of them said, "No. A lot of people think that, but a lot of ordinary people are members." I remember a black teacher I had one time said that black people used to only join the Republican party since most southern white people were members of the Democratic party.

Corporations are publically owned. Share holders also have a vote in the company. If you own shares of a company, you'll occasionally get ballets in the mail.
