how most of the schedule II through V drugs are more harmful than the schedule I drugs?

Psilocybin is schedule I, but PCP is schedule II. Marijuana is schedule I, and amphetamines are schedule II. LSD is schedule I, and cocaine is schedule II. DMT is schedule I, and anabolic steroids are schedule III...

I guess on the last schedule I drug, we are all guilty of manufacturing, possession and use?  :mushroom2: Crazy laws

It seems the government sees the drugs that make you think about your life as more of a threat than the addictive and physically harmful ones.


And I also notice how schedule seems to look misspelled when it's not  :crazy2:

I think they scheduled them with the notion that the more dangerous ones make you think more about things they don't want you to think of. The lower schedule ones just make you think about getting more of the drug: heroin, cocaine, etc.

Yes I noticed, I thought this was because drug policy makers dont know a joint from a duck.

These backwards fucktards fuction under the "guidence" of their religon/morals etc, when the science clearly shows that they are wrong.

So, yes I realzed, and when I did , saddly, it wasent a shock.

The crazy part is that if caught with a Schedule 4-5 substance, in addition to a Schedule I substance, the punishment can be greater for the "lower" scheduled substance.... Case in point, Shroomism's run-in with the law....

I will leave it at that because this subject fires me up....

I am facing a second marijuana charge here in Utah...I have a few other court things to deal with...literally...(being involded with selling stolen property...that I didn't know about...going to trial) I think I need to go to rehab to help out with my other charges, that could thow me into over a year or more in jail...and over 2000 dollars plus in fines.selling alcohol to a minor..with a stolen credit card...but I never knew it was,,,a totally different case.I am not going to get into details because I don't know what is up yet...I am so fucked...shit I am looking at more but I am gonna hope they give me drug classes to help out...I am sooo fucked...

So your a pothead, and maybe even a hard drug user, and your charged with offences relating to both soft and hard drugs???

If you can take rehab over jail, well you get the idea, its an easy choice.

drugs? did you read the fine detail? I conributed to minors on top of that..my second offence with that alone....oh shit, I havent even got any papers in the mail yet...I hope I say I have a dope problem it will keep me out of prison...I got myself so fucked dealing with younger kids...but they were my friends...this year is gonna be a trip...I am gonna wait until tomorrow for some weed...this is more shit then I EVER have dealt with in my life...becuase I am a drunk and I was stupid...pray for me...this is strange for me, my family doesn't even know what I am dealing with...it is insane...

Oh wait, I have had dreams where I have been in jail for shit for years...hope they take me to rehab classes or something...god I used to be such a mellow stoner and that is it...except for this year...dealing with younger coke heads..

shit, I never desered this bullshit..I am gonna kick all thier asses when I get out...then I am gonna move to Canada!!!!!!!!!!!! but I had a plea bargin..I told on the fucker that made me use a credit card...so it might help there I dunno...OMG I better shut up I might go insane damnit, In wish I got my chronic today...fuck...I have been getting fucked up all the time lately within the last month...god I need shrooms weed and beer...holy shit, I hope I can make it to the club before I go down...but I will try and be the nice guy I am, it is bullshit I hate life right now...oh wait I have been going though this for a while now...I just never posted it...getting busted with weed..that was the LATEST thing I was busted with ..all this other shit was before THEN...

..shhh, I am getting some help..I might get jail but might avoid prison...but this "drug and Alcohol" problem might help out...it is insane...at the same time makes me want to get more wasted just thinking about it...

HUH?? no I am facing an bunch of charges, selling stolen property, without my knowlege(a lap top computer to a pawn shop, selling alcohol to a minor(second offence) (with a credit card,,saying it was his aunts..but I was drunk and I belived him... and the charge that was newer, smoking weed for the second time charge..hopefully they will all be different cases..(this is true I am not making this story up...I wish I fucking was!!) :shocked:
