Income Tax for War?
    #353384 - 07/12/01 07:20 AM (21 years, 2 months ago)

On July 1rst Bob Shultz a costitional scholar, began a hunger fast which wiull continue until his death or until IR S commissionar Charles Rossotti agrees to send government tax experts to a public meeting on September 18th to confront legal researchers who contend the IRS has no authority to collect income taxes.
Despite the 1rst amendment to the constituion which clearly requires the government to answer petitions from the people for redress of grievances the I RS, congress and the courts have repeatedly evaded any diredct response to the well direct response to the well documented and specific legal allegations of fraud and illegal operations of the federal income tax system. the irs and dominant media have avoided and suppressed detailed and open discussion of these claims.

I saw an interview with the guy about a week ago, he started on the first of July. He's not dead yet.

The "legal researchers" mentioned, have found that the 16th Amendment that allows for the income tax was illegally ratified.

www.givemeliberty.org-----------Pretty interesting.
