package of italian sausage, bread crumbs, seasoning to your liking, egg. mix it all up. make balls. put in pan with olive oil and cook until done. add your sauce of choice. put on pasta. enjoy.

do what jim & super said, but grate (like on a cheese grater, trust me) some onion and add it to the mix
