Do I like tomato soup?

I guess we'll find out... im about to make some tomatoe soup and a grilled cheese sandwhich. Someone said that combination within the last few days and it just sounded good... I'm going to try throwing some grilled onions on the sandwhich too...

I voted Sir Tokes just because I'm not crazy about it. It does go great with grilled cheese sandwich though.

there's way too much sodium in it. i almost didnt buy it because of that, but said screw it and got it anyway... i mean, i gotta atleast try it..

You sound like you never had tomato soup before. Tell me it aint so.

Remember to dip the grilled cheese sandwich into the soup. Oreos is to milk as the grilled cheese sandwich is to tomato soup.

i've only recently opened up to tomatoe products... it took like 15 years of my life to eat spaghetti with sauce (i usualy did butter and garlic salt... that's good stuff... i invented it btw, i dont care what anyone says) i know i must have tasted it atleast once when i was a kid, but nah, never had the tomatoe soup. I have been tearing up this "tuscan tomatoe basil" soup from safeway recently... and it's been freakin awesome, but it's a more delux soup than just cambells.

Yes. In fact, I'm amazed that I like so many things made from tomatoes, and yet I hate tomatoes.

try the vine ripened tomatoes, they will impress you a lot more than those stupid roma tomatoes, or those fast food quality big flavorless tomatoes.

k, i'm gonna go fire up my new grilled cheese pan... a guy at work bought a new stove, the flat, ceramic kind and he cant use the flat/square pans on it so he gave me 2 good pans. I've been looking to buy a new one, but didnt want to pay less than 30 to get a cheap one that's going to warp, and didnt want to spring for the cash either...

ok, i grilled some onions in a little bit of olive oil, then threw that on the bread, with shredded mexican cheese, and a slice of provilone, sara lee wheat bread, a sprinkle of lawry's garlic salt and dipped in the tomatoe soup... the soup itself isnt that great, but it does add to the effect of the grilled cheese. It was a wierd grilled cheese to begin with, as it was my first onion experiment, and provilone on top of that... but all in all, i think i'll do it again sometime :yesnod:

Yeah the wheat bread probly didn't help,wheat grilled cheese never seem to taste right,to me at least.Also if you happened to add water to the soup(most say add water) swap for milk it'll be a lot creamier and yummier soup for next time.

wheat grilled cheese is best... but i would imagine that cheap white bread taste would compliment the tomatoe a little better... i dont drink milk on a regular basis... but i was going to do that if the room mates had some.. but they got nuthin..
