if u read my earlier post about non-viable spore syringe then i need ur help with my new theory.
could the water syringes used to make the spore syringe have been to hot to use. i suck up boiling dist. water. seal in ziplock bag. then place in the freezer between two ice-bricks for like 40 mins. i know that is short but this was only 2 10mL syringes so they should cool quite quickly. the syringes were cool to the touch, so at most the water inside was slightly above room temp. at what temp will cube spores experience thermal death? is this a probable hypothesis? i can't remember if other syringes that are viable were made at the same time so i have no comparison.
