Temperature & Oven Sterilization

The place where I will grow our little friends has a temperature range between 74-85 degress. The low end in the evening and high end during theday. How will these fluctuations in temperature effect our little friends?

Also, please provide me with the correct duration and temperature for oven sterilization of casing material.

Its dark and humid in here. Just me and my fungus.

Should?t be of concern, they have the same thing in nature.
If you keep them at constant 85?F, the colonisation will be faster.

140?C for 1 hour.
