Need casing Oven Sterilizing instructions

What would be the optimal temperature / time to steralize a 50/50 casing mix in an oven, without filter bags?

I made the same question a couple of days ago and nobody answered.
Anyway, from what I understand having seen one of bluhoney's posts (thanks blu), 350 deg. for 90 minutes or so.
Ten minutes in the microwave on high seems to work also.

I also have the same question. I have heavily searched the forums and every tek I could find and found nothing about temp or time! Could you find that thread Boethium? Could some other people tell us what temps and times work for them?
