Which do you prefer?
Which is more enjoyable?
San Pedro or Peruvian Torch?

I've tried both and experienced no effects from either one. They were purchased from two different popular vendors. I think the problem is that they have to bee droughted to make mesc and mine were not.

I don't believe you'll find a very conclusive answer, as it is my opinion that the effects from either are quite similar, and also quite variable as the potency from one cactus to another can be extremely different. My best mescaline experiences have come from a sludge concoction (aka fairy puke) consisting of two Tricocerius Pachanoi (Pedro) live specimens roughly 1.5' tall and one Tricocerius Peruvianus (Torch) of the same height blended, boiled, and flavoured with sugar and lemon juice.

I can't tell you exactly how much each individual dose came out to, as it wouldn't do any good anyway given the variances in potency from plant to plant.. but if I had to choose one over the other, I would lean towards the 'San Pedro' only because when researching around the 'net, I've come across a greater number of sucessful reports involving it versus the Torch.

Good luck.

Wait.. so you made one dose out of 2 (1.5 feet) san pedros and a torch? so, around 4.5 feet of cacti?

You're not like the others. You like the same things I do. Wax paper, boiled football leather... dog breath. We're not hitch-hiking anymore, we're riding!

That's because there are a far greater number of trips on pedro taking place. It's much more common.

Every individual plant will vary, but on average torch is more potent. That being said, my best cacti trip was on a pedro/torch hybrid... I wonder if that's a pattern?

Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed... The cost of one modern heavy bomber is this: a modern brick school in more than 30 cities. We pay for a single fighter with a half million bushels of wheat. We pay for a single destroyer with new homes that could have housed more than 8,000 people..."

Just a note...
Peruvian Torch can also be reffered to as San Pedro.

No, it was split between myself and three others on the first ocassion, the remnants frozen, and then consumed on a second ocassion as well.  Don't remember what each dose amounted to, other than a great time!  :tongue2:
