Pressure cooker space..

Can you stack your jars ontop of each other when pressure cooking them? I have a small PC and have been doing three jars at a time. I thought that they needed to be imursed in the water.

I have stacked all my jars with no problem. Just put foil on the lids of each jar to prevent water from seeping in through the holes. Don't screw your lids on too tight because the steam from the pressure cooker won't penetrate the grain. Good luck!
