take way too much, hang scary shit on your walls: marilyn manson, skulls, etc, program every speed dial number to 911, lay all your weapons on a table next to you in close proximity, set up a camcorder and record yourself, put mirrors up everywhere, light the room with several bright dull florescent lights, have the "faces of death" video playing in the background, and listen to slayer and tool simultaneously.

ahh yes..  frosted psychotic breaks are ...greeeeeaaat!
