Boiling jars twice...?

I don't have a pressure cooker. In an attempt to be really sterile is it OK to boil the jars twice (for 1.5 hr periods) or might it ruin (overcook :smile:

) the mixture?

No need to boil twice my Aussie friend. 90 minutes should do them fine! Message me if I can be of any more help.

and if your a realy pressed for time 60min after the boiling point should do you good too...
