Moisture in jar OK?

I just sterilized my 1st attempt at cultivation. I've got them in jars and I wrapped them in alfoil and boiled them for 2 hours. When I unwrapped the alfoil I can see moisture droplets all over the inside of the glass. Is this OK? Is it just the water from the vermiculit/flour/water mix?
