spores getting confiscated by california border?

Hey guys, what's happeneeeeein? I've had a crazy ass 2 days (rolled for the first time last night at the sickest rave i've ever been to at a planetarium), more on that later. Anyways, i sent a fellow shroomerite a spore syringe maybe a week and a half ago, and he says it still hasn't arrived. It is possible that something happened and it will still arrive, but it shouldn't take that long. Is it logical that somehow the customs or some other agency confiscated the syringe? If somehow it doesn't arrive, i'm definitely willing to send syringes or prints until it gets through...the bastids.  :mushroom2:

Well, spore syringes aren't illegal so they couldn't be confiscated. Sounds like it may have gotten lost.

Yeah, they are illegal in california. I just didn't think there was some sort of border control to check packages and whatnot. I should have got delivery confirmation, dammit...

but there are post offices and inbetweens.  if something looked suspicous they probably have the legal rights to search it. 

it didnt say "Magic mushroom spores"  on it did it?  :smirk:

thats awesome that you sent to cali, (im from cali)
you might want to NOT leave a return address on it,
just in case it does end up in the wrong hands
and gets traced back to you.

what i always did was write a fake return addy,
slap a few stamps on the bitch and drop it off
at a blue postal box on the corner.

Well, it seems he didn't receive the syringe today, so tomorrow i'm sending out another. This makes me kind of mad, i have no control over my spores being shipped out, and i can't tell if they did arrive or not. I'm definitely getting delivery confirmation, and using my screen name as a return address (or something similar, because DMTelepath is sort of sketch on a package). Anyone ever have anything like this happen before? Fuck...i even have to take the bus to the post office, which is 4-5 miles away. Thanks for the help everyone...

lol ya ive had stuff liek that on return addy's to me. one time i got "Stoned420" as teh return...the post lady laughed and gave me a look. priceless. but i wouldnt want it to actually be illegal and say that!

i always use my reall addy cause if it gets fucked i want it back so i can send it out. but i wouldnt if it were illegal.
