blue inside

This might be a silly question but I have a couple dry shrooms and just because I broke open one of them to see inside. It is blue and mostly towards the cap, not much blue towards the bottom of the stem. I remember reading a post awhile back where someone was worried about contamination and someone else replied by saying cut it open to see if it is rotten inside.

Does blue inside = rotten.??

They are not blue on the outside.
If they are OK and since they are not blue on the outside are they not very potent?

They are PF classic strain with BRF/verm.
Sorry this might be a silly question, I am trying to be cautious
