You could be bi-polar. I am, and have had that kind of experience before. At any rate, Seroquel is really good for getting you to sleep. I only use it when I have to and know that for whatever reason, my mind has me entirely too revved up to sleep. But it is a tip.

well i finally fell asleep it was for about 7 houres but I'm happy to say that i got some melatonin and am sleepy tonight so I'm happy

Marijuana withdrawl? :waits for flames: When I stopped for awhile after 4-5 yrs I didn't sleep well AT ALL for the first few weeks.
