ok, this has got to be the 5th time that cop has passed my house... mother fucker keeps slowing down to as hes passing.. im freaking out here, i mean the ass has no reason to be doin this. i got pulled over after work, but surely this cant be the same one, and even if it were, can he stalk me like this??? damn! damn! damn! damn!

Ther is no reason to enter the home, and i sincerely doubt there's a search warrant involved.

There is no reason for a police officer to invade a private residence WHATSOEVER if you go out and stop him.
If you, on the other hand, wait for him to come to the door, there are myriad bullshit excuses to enter and search (at least visually) the residence.
You don't fuck around with cops driving by, unless you have illegal items on your person, or are currently engaged in blatent and obvious illegal acts.
Plus, with you starting the interaction, you have control, and can break it off at any point in time you choose.
