Just saw this on bob smoley's site.

Orders are still taking almost 8 weeks in some cases to send out, sooner on some orders and a few might even take longer. Since I do all myself my body can only go so fast so please be patient.

Well if you were to buy pereskiopsis your much better off buying 5-15 so you can make more grafts without waiting for them to grow and propigate. I started off with only 3, now have 11 and im itching to graft my 30od seedlings but dont have enough rootstocks.

Well, as long as you are ordering now, there isn't much to worry about:

I got my Pereskiopsis from Wal-Mart. Yep, wonderful Wal-Mart. They are great aren't they? Mixed with the various cacti were little pots of various succulents and such. In one small pot were two varieties of Pereskiopsis, along with some other succulent. 6 plants in the small pot, 4 of which are Pereskiopsis. 2 of each type. The cost of this find: $2.84 Check your local Wal-Mart's, Lowe's, etc. carefully. You may be surprised what you might find. I have found T. Pachanoi at several locations, and now I know to be on the look out for more Pereskiopsis.

I've found san pedro exactly one time in several years of searching home depot, walmart and lowes. They aren't all that plentiful. One time I thought I hit the mother load and found about a dozen of them. On closer inspection they turned out to be blue myrtles :frown: I haven't seen any pereskiopsis though I only started looking for it the last 6 months or so. If you have one cutting you can turn it into a garden full in 6 months to a year. Just keep taking cuttings and plant them. I have one extra pereskiopsis I could swap.
