To me it doesn't. It looks more like a (macro)lepiota to me. Especially the stem doesn't match my mental picture of amanitas.

It is certainly not an Amanita. Lepiotas are distinguishable from Amanitas because they have dark spots on a lighter colored cap; Amanitas have light colored spots on a darker colored cap.

Some Lepiotas which look like that are choice edibles. However, the extremely toxic Chlorophyllum molybdites is a dead ringer for them, and in my experience it is more common.

If you plan to eat Parasols (choice edible Lepiotas), then verify a white spore print. A green spore print will indicate Chlorophyllum molybdites. Be very careful with these mushrooms! ToxicMan reports that Chlorophyllum molybdites is responsible for most mushroom related emergency room visits, and it can be fatal.

I'd have to agree with Lepiota.
