People who enjoy receiving their information, files, music, games, movies, etc...  in a fast manner and not waiting forever. I'm finally getting dsl in 3 days. I'd like to get cable but the price was too high to have it run to my house. My driveway is more like a road. Oh well, no more dialup. :grin: :thumbup:

DSL is nothing compaired to verizons fttp i cant wait till that shit comes here and its cheap too 5mb is like 39 10 is 50 and 300 is like 99

What does FTTP stand for?  I know FTTC stands for 'Fibre to the Curb' but i also know it has 2 names.  I thought the other one was FTTD (door). 

Anyway, i thought FTTC was something for the future, or really expensive downtown condos.  Wasn't VDSL supposed to come before fibre?  They have it in korea, its 26 MB DSL.

- 10~15% = Max line speed.  Or something like that.

The math works a bit better with lower speeds. Once you get a bit faster, the numbers start fluctuating.  I have 3mb dsl and i can get 410 k/s max.  :shrug:
