the first holiday after death
    #3249308 - 10/12/04 11:04 PM (12 years, 1 month ago)

This was the first holiday I've had to spend without my Uncle and Grandfather. I thought that I had handle their deaths well (with the exception of the minor breakdown at the funeral)...but I still cried, I still noticed that their not there...and I feel bad, I feel like I'm upseting my family by being upset. I don't want to make it worse for everyone.

I have a good idea of how you feel, i'm going to be missing 3 family members that where here last year. Try to keep your chin up, I'm sure the rest of your family understands. They must have the same feelings that you do. hang in there

Wow, I know how death is man. It sucks missing those people you loved.

Many people say they go out of the body durring near death experiances. I don't know if this comforts you at all, but I believe people who die linger around for a while.

You should try to think about how the people who you lost would want you to be happy and enjoy the holidays. Love those you have and don't take family for granted.
