Yet another ugly ID

Ok I know this prolly isnt active and is poisonous but I kinda just wanted to know what it is.

I followed these guidelines and the pic links(sorry no upload room left) are below.  Thanks :laugh:

a. Habitat (where [state/province/country] and what does it grow on)
b. Characteristics of the gills (color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc)
c. Measurements of cap and stem.
d. Characteristics of the stem (color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc)
e. Characteristics of the cap (color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc)
f. Spore print color (very important!)
g. Color that the mushroom bruises
h. Scent of mushroom

Ok here we go.
a) Northern Nevada growing out of bark/old leaves and soil
b)Gills are white and do not appear to be attached to the stem
c)Dont have a measuring tap but the cap is about the size of a penny in width and height and stem is about 3 inches long
d) stem is white and hollow
e) Golden brown and conical
f) still taking
g) no bruising
h) no distinct scent

It's a little brown mushroom with a white stem, could be any number of genera. Spore color will be required to even guess the genus. It doesn't look active.

Looks similar to the Stropharia Ambigua I see growing around here in the woodchips. They look pretty tiny which would account for the white gills but I'm not too sure how wide spread this mushroom is.
