    #320728 - 05/19/01 07:26 AM (15 years, 6 months ago)

Can my humidity bee too high? Its seems, according to my humidity gauge, that it is OVER 100%! Can this bee possible? Is it harmfully to my cakes? Thanx!

One thing is certain, your humidity is not over 100%. Is it too high for your cakes? I doubt it.

When your using cakes, high humidity is a good thing. It keeps the cake from drying out. With no casing layer to hold in the moisture, you need a steady high humidity to keep the cake from drying out. So your humidity sounds like its optimal for cakes.

Its two in the morning......Do you know where your paperbag and flashlight are?information posted is for entertainment purposes only and should not be attempted in real life
