humidity too high??

Can my humidity bee too high? Its seems, according to my humidity gauge, that it is OVER 100%! Can this bee possible? Is it harmfully to my cakes? Thanx!

One thing is certain, your humidity is not over 100%. Is it too high for your cakes? I doubt it.

When your using cakes, high humidity is a good thing. It keeps the cake from drying out. With no casing layer to hold in the moisture, you need a steady high humidity to keep the cake from drying out. So your humidity sounds like its optimal for cakes.
