What is the easiest substrate to grow on? I want my babies to eat good but I cant find BRF anymore, what to do , what to do??

Grind brown rice in a blender or coffee mill.

Use organic rye flour or millet flour.

wild bird seed with a high amount of millet(small yellow balls) works well, look for wild finch seed.
