Where did u get em?? I would ask for a refund, cause that one button looks preaty rotten.. IF u can salvege any part of it without rot try grafting it... Rooting can take awhile.

I have pups of that size and they don`t have small spines, is that a characteristic of L. jourdaniana? Or maybe it`s been hybridized with something else?

Regarding the unfortunate Lophophora in the first two pics, you could try grafting (top & ribs/areoles) if you have proper stocks, but i would ask the vendor for a replacement if i were you.

looks like overwatering. You cant graft non growing cacti.

Yeah, that thing wasnt damaged in transit, unless it took like a month or more to get to you. I think it was fucked before they sent it. Definatley ask for a replacement.
