Skinning HBWR

I just recieved my HBWR seeds in the mail from www.iamshaman.com and I'm having a hell of a time trying to get the shell off. Is it possible that these have already been de-shelled? If not, PLEASE someone tell me your method.

Crush em and pick out the whit meat with a pointy knife, it takes a good 20 min to shell 10 but its well worth it.

I just scrape the fuzz off..having heard the rumor that's where most of the bad stuff is. It seemed to work fine, they never made me sick.

sprout them (like mung beans or sunflower seeds) & the shell just slips off after a couple/few days...
i have heard that fresh sprouted have higher alkaloid content (& maybe a more ummmmmm interesting alkaloid profile as well)

Just use a sharp knife. And another thing you should do is crush up the seeds and put them in a shot of pure lemon juice and just down that. The lemon juice totally takes away nausea for me.
