Best movies you've tripped to

without going into the whole list, i wanna hear about everyones favorite movie they've watched tripping... i know it's been done before, but hey.

rules:
Best movie ever, and ONLY best movie ever
What you were on, stage in trip, dosage, etc
in 1 short paragraph, why was it the best ever?
Optional: 2nd best movie, Title + 1 sentance
Optional 2: movie you want to see tripping

So, ive only watched a few movies whilst tripping

Best movie: ELF
3.5g cubensis, 3 hours into it.
So if you've ever seen this movie, you could probably imagine. The emotion will farrel put into it was great. "i just like smiling, smilings my favorite" Of course, like all new comedy movies, it did get serious half way thru, so had i seen more movies while trippin, it would probably be lower on the list, but still, all around good stuff. First time see'ing it that day.

2nd best movie: 3 amigos. (dvd) this movie is nonstop comedy, like they all were in the day.

movie i want to see: spaceballs.

hehe.

i am a HUGE fan of Wizard of OZ. when i was a toddler i would watch it every day, sometimes a few times, for about 3 years. we went through 6 casetes that i know about. i still watch sometimes.

2nd-flesh grodon. just plain funny when on somthing. a penis jet....

I was going to post about the time I caught bits of the Last Samueri (however you spell it) while on 5 grams of mushies but that wasn't exactly the "best" experience.  :wink:

And the best part about watching a movie under the influence is that you can have a great time and know it was great but you may not remember what happened in the movie after. So you get to watch is again soon!!!! I love that.

Best movie tripping would have to be Fantastic Planet. It was my first time seeing it, and wow, it was pretty intense. I was on 3 hits of acid, if I remember correctly. I put it on as I started to lift off. That movie has some insane hidden messages in it. I don't even remember most of it, cuz I havn't watched it sober. What a crazy time.

greatest movie to LSD to...

MIRRORMASK, by the jim henson company is by far the greatest trippy movie ive ever seen. great aliceinwonderlandish storyline with immaculate visuals and epic twists. first time i watched this on 6 hits of primo shit right when i started peaking. and i highly recommend it. may seem like it starts out slow, but thats only cause you should be trippin/out sort of anxious. stick with it, its well worth it. masterpeice/work of art.

waking life had great visuals but mirrormask is unparalleled

the labyrinth and yellow submarine have also always been great

Alice in Wonderland on a half 8th of shrooms. It seemed to me in many parts like she was on a bad trip herself. Question is, do you think Louis Carrol did psychedelics considering there wasn't much knowledge of them in the 1800's?
