Last Action Hero
6/10 Good movie, not the best, but it's a classic and holds up well enough.

I think Goliath is on my personal top five list of shows I've ever watched. I loved it. So much fun.
I'm sad that season 4 will be the final season. Been a fun ride though. I think season 4 is slated to arrive (maybe) late this year.
I got to say I just finished Goliath 2 and it freaked me out, more than any David Lynch. I couldn't handle all that amputation stuff. And that episode where they had Billy Bob captive in that house in Mexico with all those weird people got really strange.

It came out before zombies were really overdone. It would have made more sense back in 2005 or whenever it came out.

I'm aware. I don't think I've watched a lot of zombie stuff actually. I like 28 Days Later and Versus, both came out beforehand though.
I like Wright's other works, Spaced, Hot Fuzz, Scott Pilgrim, and Baby Driver. Spaced has a very similar humour and yet I think I even like that more than Shaun of the Dead.

Sleeping Dogs Lie
3/10
A woman blows a dog. Shamefully holds it secrets then later reveals it to her fiance. Her parents also find out. Everyone is disgusted. After some failed attempts at story telling she marries her colleague and decides not to tell him.
As bad as that sounds it could be interesting but, it's not. The story is told as lethargically as above. The film has no emotion, no momentum. It's stilted and awkward in the least entertaining way and is further blemished by a low production quality and poor acting. I doubt it was ever on your watchlist but you can scratch it off, don't bother.

The King Media: Netflix Rating: 8.5/10 It was different, and I actually wish they made a sequel.

Yeah it definitely got very strange in season 2, lol. Agree that the amputation component in season 2 was pretty bizarre, and yes that episode where he was held captive in Mexico was surreal.
If you stick with it and make it into season 3, it gets even more surreal. And very, very psychedelic. I'll just leave it at that.

Just got around to the latest season of Fargo. The one with Rock and Jason Schwartzman.
Fricking Fantastic. Might be my favorite of the series so far, but still have 2 episodes to go.
Next up will be the latest season of "The Leftovers." Great series to try out. It's about like 1/3 of the population disappearing without reason and everyone else is left back to wonder why and drive themselves mad and then join cults and stuff to deal with the stress and loss.

Damn good. If you like animation at all you'll probably like it. Gorey super hero cartoon that gets progressively darker. Can't wait to see how the next two seasons play out(it's already been renewed)
Also, The Boys
10/10
Must watch tv imo

I actually got a few good laughs from Bad Trip. I liked how they took ideas from prank shows and Jackass and wove it into a legitimate(although rudimentary) plot. Like when they break out in to song in the middle of a mall. The one guy's face was priceless. Very meme-worthy

Yeah Bad Trip was pretty watchable. My expectations were pretty low, Eric Andre is pretty hit or miss I find. Like Tom Green.
