I sterilize my terrarium after I get all of my flushes. I just add new perlite, and spray the inside of the terrarium down with a slightly diluted mix of hydrogen peroxide in a spray bottle. I don't bother to wipe it up, I just add the perite and water when i'm done. I've done this 6 times in a row now and haven't had any contams yet... maybe i've just been lucky... but it works for me.

Not nearly as much, you don't have "standing water" or anything for any contams to get an easy hold on, but it would still be a very good practice to clean your terrarium afterwards. For example.. what if the spores drop through the mesh? They WILL get contaminated in time regardless of conditions. The contam will spawn, and then your whole terrarium will be a contam breeding ground. Same goes for any residue that might remain on the wire mesh for any good length of time.
