Are there any other precautions to be taken when growing for spores?

The Invitro quarts look like the cleanest way to do it, but who can keep that kind of temperature controll? You have to keep them at 79 degrees.

How about invitro quarts IN a terrarium? Is that overkill?

i dont think it will be a problem dude.

Try to get them right before they break their veils. Cut the veils and htne put them on the printing sheet if you wanna be extra careful ...

I haven't heard of that. I know bags survive a much wider
range than that.
And you can bet that the bottom of the cap will be clean
when the veil drops. I'd say more care should be taken in
the harvesting, handling, and drying of the cap and print, than
in the growth stage.

Cool, thanks guys. I knew I hadn't seen much about it, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

The 79 degree thing is specific to the Quart jar invitro, and has to do with controlling humidity.

That kinda sucks cause a friend of mine is trying the "Neglect
Tek" with quart jars. I hate to have to tell him he can't quite
neglect em that much.
Damn I musta been high that day in class again or something.
