what french song is it that you are talking about? i have a bit of trouble understanding canadian french (ex-girlfriend was parisian, so i can only understand the most stuck-up french there is :grin:

also some bands i just thought of: Mogwai, Magma (really crazy french band from the 70s), Sigur Ros, Sebastian and Malk deKojn (but neither of the last two will make any sense if you don't understand Danish)

my dad used to play 1 or 2 of his songs on his acoustic guitar when i was a kid and i used to sing random lyrics of the songs when i was younger cause they were funny and just recently i have started listening to some of his stuff and i'm liking it. Me and my dad were just driving around the other day listening to some version of "alice's restaurant" good song.
