Go to the grow/find section here at www.shroomery.org

But I would recommend 1 variation on the 'hawk magic', after you steep the seed, you should strain out close to all the water before you mix it with the dry stuff... if that substrate is just a little too wet.... you will have problems.

yea i guess it was pearled ... white grains with a brown line in the middle... they tell you to soak then cook in the same water... when i soaked them they sucked up most of the water (i figured you couldn't cook with that little) so i added some more
