They're already picked, and partially dried I'm afraid, I'll post the dry weight in a day or so. I was pretty impressed by the size of these babies. I'm not sure if it's cos of the manure, or the strain, or just that I've just become even more marvellous at growing;) I've got Plantasia Mystery and Mazatapec colonising the same dung, so we'll find out if my manure is the shit, or something else, soon enough:)

The yield of the first flush was 6g dry. Not as much as it looked, but still pretty good IMO. Don't know about the potency......yet;)
As for the manure/strain question, it seems this stuff is the shit. I've got a casing of the same strain on straight rye, and the shrooms it's producing are.....well, shit basically. Tiny skinny little runts whose veils open way too early:(  I'll post a pic for comparison in a bit. I think I'll be using manure all the time from now on.

And here's the same spawn, 3/4pt cased straight, without manure.

The casing in the background is plantasia mystery on cased rye. It's looking not so good too, although that is its second flush. Manure wins hands down:)

Kinda look like the 'penis envy' .... CDC, did you give those any light? Why are the caps so small.... they look like they are growing in zigzags... that would be from moving the light source to different angles..... cdc, did you put peroxide in your casing, that would cause that type of growth also. Otherwise... nice shrooms :), they just seemed a little confused (:
