I'm just lost in a sea of stress...

What with College coming up, my Ex possibly being pregnant, and possibly with my kid.. missing time from work due to an injury from work.. and just.. i feel lost, and confused.. i dont really want to talk to my parents about this one.. not this time, and my friends are all at work. i just need someone to talk to..

work out if possible. hobbyfi yourself. stay semi busy while maintaining chillness.

You just gotta work through it and say its all going to be ok.

i wish i could work out right now.. i normally do that to calm myself down..

but my finger is mighty fucked, and its hard to lift weight without straining it, and i want it to heal

Hmm, that sucks that you've hurt your finger. I also work out when things are going crappy, and I've run into times where I just couldn't... frustrating stuff. Do some crunchs or go for a job. If you're in an appropriate area, don't be afraid to just scream at the top of your lungs.
I've heard people say that screaming's not the most productive way to vent, but I tried it one time and lemme tell you... :crazy2: lol

Do you smoke pot? Well if you're comfortable with your mind and think you have good control, smoke a little and go for a walk. Keep your mind off the stressin for a little bit, reward yourself. Don't make putting your problems aside a habit, but it's always good to clear your mind.
Another thing that helps is cleaning your house. A clean living area and mind are just synonomous. Go on a cleaning binge, you'd be amazed at how good you'll feel after.

BREATHE man! It's all about the deep, meditative breathing. It can channel the stress right off of you for at least a while.
