The sound of squealing guitars makes me cringe. The Dead give me a headache.

When I trip, I like to hear music that is more hypnotic and physological - where the sounds correspond with body processes and body rythym. The constant sound of squealing, high-pitched guitars along with words keep me grounded in reality. And it gives me a headache.

I dont like high pitched guitar noise. It's like a dart to my head.

I wouldnt consider their music physiological - there is no beat like the repetitious beat of the heart or lungs in the dead's typical music. Maybe when Hart used to hit that big ass drum, and you could just feel waves of bass, yeah.

hypnotic, perhaps - anything could be hypnotic I guess - but not physiological.

jam band music just doesnt do it for me
I like low frequency body music I suppose :thumbup:
