Okay so I decided to go ahead with dub tub method since my lids do not allow ambient light thru and some are reaching lids is this okay or should I revert back to the opaque lids?

Using tubs with opaque lids won't effect the finally outcome. The light coming in through the translucent sides of the tubs will work without issue :mushroom2:

If the mushrooms reach the lids I understand wanting a taller chamber for appearances sake, though it won't affect the potential weight of the resulting mushrooms.

Why is the corners and edges of everything producing much more pins than in middle? That’s my only assumption to go with the sub tub to be able to let light all the way in haha but another question what would be the best way to clone the cluster just print off of print of the caps ?

It's the spores/cultures genetics, paired with areas of ideal moisture content.

Edit: But mostly ideal moisture content. Notice how they are growing along the sides, that's where condensation has occurred, the mycelium triggered pinning at those sites.
