I am a firm believer in selective breeding in everything from plants to people. You are asking me if I could remove all of those negative genetic dispositions within one generation essentially?....absolutely. I wouldn't even need to think it over. I would also be added to the list to make it fair.

It would make you almost as lethal as the main world leaders. People like Trump no doubt have an indirect higher death toll, its just tucked away. The way he screws with the world economy and other policy decisions drive up death rates, especially in developing nations, where "things are getting awful expensive" more directly translate in graves dug.

You made a clear choice, what a world it would create, 8 million executions, potentially public, but I see the appeal.

It seems to me you are very disappointed and frustrated with how the world is turning out, which sane person wouldnt be given the circumstances, but a top-down totalitarian regime dictating who can produce offspring with who, its been tried before with to put it euphemistically, mixed results.

Like PatrickKn says, narrowing humanity's genetic bandwidth especially at this point would probably lead to reduced outcomes for humanity.

Take psychopathy, ruled by a complexly interacting set of genes, with nurture thrown in the mix. If you knock out psychopathy you knock out among things, the warrior genes, wiping out a lot of goodies along with the baddies.

Theres bad people with good genes and good people with bad genes.

I think you oversimplify dangerously and in a way propagated by the alt right, a very dominant voice in the narrative that comes at us from many sides.

Rather than mass-culling undesirables, gene therapy is making great advances, and soon people can GMO upgrade themselves in many ways.

Disposing of people with cures for many ails in sight.. its more 1926 thinking than 2026.
