ecause many people choose to look the other way and pretend negative consequences don't exist until they are personally affected. Now just combine that with the knee-jerk toxic positivity that a lot of people like to regurgitate whenever bob the builder announces some obviously shortsighted, poorly thought out decision and it'll represent a good portion of this sub.
