Having hard time ejaculating

Soo.. I've always kind of had this difficulty with ejaculating. I really have to focus in order to "finish the deed" tense up my muscles etc. It's really bothersome to actively think about cumming and sometimes it leads to me not cumming at all.

Easing up on porn and not touching myself for extended periods of time have had a 0 impact on it.

I would really appreciate any advice on the subject. I can't be the only one, right?

Any SSRIs in the picture?

Sounds like it could be related to overthinking/anxiety which is susceptible to mindfulness practices and therapy.

Sounds like you go to the gym often.  You do enough cardio and muscle workout you last longer before your cum sometimes its impossible like 55 min to 1.5 hours going at it and still not working. Beef and blueberries use to help me get it done but at somepoint its impossible.

They prescribed Viagra basically because even though I don’t have a problem, I wake up 10 times a night with a hard  on  the Viagra is actually good for you that it helps your blood pressure as well as getting extra extra hard, which makes it easier to have an orgasm

My suggestion is to find out what kind of kink turned you on a lot and hopefully your partner will play along with it. Make sure your testosterone is high and take Viagra just to help out a little bit even if you don’t need it. It’s still good for your veins and blood pressure.

One more thing if I have to be aroused for more than 10 minutes, it really numbs my dick. Sometimes I have to quit go watch the news come right back and have an orgasm.with out forplay

Take DIM and maca root and you'll be able to ejaculate fine. You may start having wet dreams again. It may be a problem.
