Ill still post here but like I said, im just hyperfocused on the weed stuffs because life is only getting worse, and everything else just seems to make it that much more worse except growing weed so im just going to post here and other weed places like OG and growery and probably not talk about much else.

Fire purps(humboldt csi) + clone of said fire purps. Im reversing the clone as we speak to do a seed increase as I only got this one singular seed of fire purps.

Sweet!

Humboldt CSI is opening a brick & mortar store in my area in the near future. I haven't got all the details about it yet but I think they'll be selling seeds and clones, and possibly herb as well. So needless to say, next time around I'll very likely be running some genetics from Humboldt CSI :grin: .

With the seeds I get from the pollen chucking I did recently...when ever I grow those seeds out I think that's what I'm going to do, I'll take clones early and if there's a plant that stands out as a keeper I'm going to reverse the clone and make some S1 seeds (since I have no way to keep a mother/clones, I figured making a cross to itself/S1 would be a good way to try to "preserve" & pass on the traits that I like into a seed).





My Lemoncello plant is just about done, the tops will be getting the chop within a day or two and I'm going to leave some of the lowers and the branch I pollinated to go at least another 2 weeks.

The Early Bubba plants have around 10 to 14 more days to go.

The Banana Bread prob another 2 to 3 weeks.

Everything else I expect & hope to be done by Oct 5th to 10th.



I got some herb from the store a few days ago, "Papaya Bars" [(Wedding Cake X Z) X Papaya]...it's going to be the last herb I buy for a looong while since the Lemoncello I'm growing will be chopped & dry soon, then the Bubba and Banana Bread and everything else not long after...This "Papaya Bars" is so damn stoney though, some of the strongest feeling herb I've had in a while, had me sleeping deep & solid like a rock all night long.

Well with a local store you dont have to worry about the seed issue. I wish i had a store like that around.

True, I was talking in regard to the pollen chuck crosses I've made this summer though. If I find a plant from the seeds I made that stands out as a keeper/winner I want to make a S1 of it in hopes those S1 seeds will produce plants that are similar to nearly identical.

Several other weed stores in the area also sell seeds/clones but this is the first store I've heard about being opened/ran by a specific breeder and what sounds to be more based on selling seeds/genetics rather than weed/consumables. I'm curious if this store is only going to carry their own work/Humboldt CSI or if they'll be offering genetics from other breeders as well, and curious if it's going to be strictly seeds/clones/genetics or if they'll be selling herb & other ganja "consumables" too.

I wish you and everyone had a store like that around too :sadyes: . Wish this plant was totally "free" from dumb laws nation wide.

in my experience S1s are just as diverse As F2s but the keepers can be almost identical to parent

These are all from last season’s pollen chucking. Blueberry muffin, and tangerine that I crossed with Skywalker OG + a S1 skywalker og; then all crossed with gazzurple. Some really strong gassy and fruity smells this year.

Ok so going through seeds here and looking at sizes, times, heights, ect.. I'm definitely doing a bubblegum auto, and fast berry auto. I'm also thinking of tossing in a GG4 auto. I think I should have room for 3 using scrog.
I found my OG kush is a photo so I can't run that with autos.

Next run will be a juice pop auto and frosted cherry o's f3 auto. Or just juice pop. Depends on how I feel at that time. 

Then it's on to photoperiod.

The good thing is wifey is going to care for the fast berry as her first grow. It's a shame I'm her only available teacher but at least she wants to be involved!

I'm using composted soil that was used last year for peppers and I made into an outdoor compost pile this year. I pasteurized it(1 hour @ 150f) to kill the bugs, and eggs, and mixed with buffered coir, perlite, and a little super soil that's been cooking for over a year to get microbe back that I might have killed off.
Seeds are picked out waiting to soak overnight. Now to get the tent up and rigged. This will be my first time using my new light for cannabis.
I'm going to use my old tent for this run and switch to the new AC INFINITY one during the photoperiod attempt since it has better light leak protection. Plus wifey don't know I got it yet. Shhh!

You don't have a big seed stash? Any spare money I had most of the first half of the year I exclusively spent on seeds instead of anything else then did like a million trades after making MAC s1.....im stocked up for real 😅

I got seeds but I didn't buy a bunch. Just a few packs. But I have seeds from when I started till now. Crosses and accidentally crosses

How long do seeds last? I have mine in air tight vials with cotton on the bottom and top of the seeds as a cushion. I added desiccant pellets I poured from a packet into the vial on top of the cotton. They are all sealed up in a zip lock bag in my refrigerator that is exclusively for cultures and seeds. I rarely open it and it has a temperature gauge that keeps it within +/-2 degrees of whatever I set it to. Right now it's 38f.

I can't answer how long but can say a really long time.  Maybe as long as I live.  We have collected seeds, big, fat, and little bitty tiny ones my whole life. 

I understand somebody with lots of money in them being willing to go overboard but if they don't get wet or get real high temps (140/160 degrees) they should be good for some time.  I have mine in zip locks thrown in a drawer, and a bunch of seeds in a big plastic container in the pantry.  In zip-locks of  little cheap lunch baggies like we used to buy pot in.  I don't have science but do have antidotal experience.

You need to let me send you my mac s1 plus the special cross I made because you cant get gmo x oz kush bx2. I found it in dispo bud, did an embryo rescue, grew it, then hit it with my mac f2 fem pollen 🔥

Im actually growing one right now. It smells like a legit 50/50 blend of mac and the gmo oz aroma, its gonna be nuts :rockman:


Edit: I cant believe how sensative to nutes most of my plants are this run. Ive only used 1/4 dose and they are acting like its the worst thing ever -.-

Well, I mixed my seeds up. I put them in separate containers to let them soak. I picked both up and filled each with water and forgot which was which. I guess I'll figure it out when they flower. Usually I label the container but this time I had the label cards under them.
