Vote blue no matter who if they don’t threaten capital.

A lot of democrats get their funding through corporations rather than unions or broad grass roots support. So any idea about closing loopholes or corporate donations or even restricting them, can appear like an existential threat to them, because in a way theyd have to change how they operate if that was ever changed.

Ok im going back a page, sudly if you abolish ice. What would you replace it with?
If ice is so bad why do you let police do much worst daily how would you reform them especially knowing that people will kill anyone telling them no. Unless extreme force is used against them.

For starters, just go back to what we had before ICE, and abolish Dept of Homeland Security along with it.
Both were created less than 25 years ago to fight the 'war on terror' (And that fear mongering is the genesis for the insane surveillance state we see growing every day)
We did fine without them the previous hundred years.

What makes ICE so awful is that they think they are fighting that war, when immigration is just a paperwork crime dealing with people 99% of whom just want to live here peacefully and contribute.

What the fuck do you mean let police do blah blah blah. Again, for starters, you cut their funding and stop buying them tanks.

Do you know when ICE was formed and what was in place before it?

Police reform would be something like more than 6 months of training, a focus on de-escalation, and more funding for on field mental health workers to free up police personnel to attend more critical security matters.

I dont even think it’s JUST about direct political contributions, it’s anything that would undermine capital or the existing power structure writ large.

No reforms of any kind. What do the democrats hang their hat on for….this century?

The Affordable Care Act
The CHIPS Act
The Biden Infrastructure bill

The ACA did have some decent reforms, but largely all three of these items were simply increases in public spending that goes directly to private hands.

They exist as a bulwark against the actual left. That’s why they’re deliberately sabotaging AES in Michigan. They don’t want to win the senate if it means there’s an anti Zionist pro-M4A voice in the Senate, ESPECIALLY in a swing state like Michigan that has major 2028 implications.

To continue the success of the left kneecapping, they’ll need to make sure AOC doesn’t have a friendly face in the Midwest.

Every time I see some intersectional people, acting up, in my neighborhood, within a couple of days, there will be an easily-imitated catchphrase in the news cycle, which they have parroted without agency. They were put up to it by an agitator causing 'good trouble' or issuing fatwahs.

I think, Woke 1.0 is the more-inclusive, bigger tent.

Woke 2.0 is specifically treating centrists as the old guard and taking credit for being more creative.

I don’t want to hear about liberals parroting slogans when “Let’s Go Brandon” infected half this country like they put on the masks from Halloween 3.

Don't move here.

De-gentrified 'meth capitol', and up-and-coming transhipment hub when the commuter train and data center get built.

If Lenin is attributed to have said that the way to crush the bourgeoisie is to grind them between the millstones of taxation and inflation, what is the DSA's view on eminent domain and sound currency?
