I would probably cut my slices into quarters because it was difficult getting a whole slice of beet in my mouth for the larger slices. But the egg and the yolk definitely goes good with the beet.

Had a bowl of thiswithout the barley and a previousy cooked slightly thawed piece of frozen beef liver, a liverciycle. Next some nuked yellow potatoes with sautéed in butter cabbage and scallions seasoned with African black pepper.

The African black pepper is different, but as tasty as regular black pepper.

I didn't take a picture but I should have cause my eggs turned out great

I had 8 breakfast sausage (cheapest brand I'm not even sure its real meat lol) with  half a table spoon maple syrup (I was going to us a whole table spoon but it was 13g carbs so half a table spoon was only 7g

Three sunny side up eggs, with a handful of pork rinds to eat the egg on

I steamed the sausage under a lid with some water for 5 mi utes and then browned, maybe over cooked it .y thermometer read 200f when I checked

The eggs I turned the heat down to maybe medium low, put a chunk of beef tallow on, let it melt and the. Cracked three eggs, I scraped the white a bit with the spatial to thin the white out the. I put the lid on, the white firmed up perfectly and the yolks still almost completely liquid

Very good breakfast

And I got a T-bone steak for dinner today and tomorrow, the store had a 2 for $20 deal, usually its double that price, if I was smart I would ha e bought 10 and portioned each t-bone into 2 steaks and froze

And I don't know what the mantis is praying for
But he's probably just thanking the Lord
That he don't live in a home
And he don't got a phone
And he don't sit around all angry and bored
